WE.C.360 was a prominent player in Sweden in the development of visual and 3D tools for marketing newly constructed homes. With a market share of over 30% in Sweden and established partnerships with several leading construction companies in the Nordic region, the company was highly respected in the industry.
The company had clients across the Nordics, the USA, and various European countries. At its peak, WE.C.360 had a workforce of up to 45 employees in Sweden, Norway, and Poland.
During my tenure as CEO of both the parent company and its subsidiaries, I had the privilege of being involved in several key areas, including:
- Leading and developing sales and tech teams,
- Implementation of SAAS solutions,
- Capital procurement,
- International expansion,
- Knowledge of the construction and real estate industry.
The company was acquired by LOCKA GROUP AB in 2023. LOCKA GROUP AB was subsequently acquired by Smartcraft AS in 2024.

After completing my studies, I began my career as an external consultant, aiding numerous owner-led enterprises in reshaping their operations. These companies were either undergoing a turnaround or experiencing rapid growth (scale-up). My primary responsibility was to devise and execute new business plans.
Throughout this period, I collaborated with over 30 companies, spanning from startups to well-established enterprises. Additionally, I contributed to the university's incubator, focusing on refining their incubation practices.
